Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Push Pass Whip, we want you to love what you ordered! Because our products are printed and embroidered on demand specifically for you, we have a limited returns policy as outlined below.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@pushpasswhip.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to get you a replacement or refund at no cost to you. We've got you covered.

Size Exchanges

We understand sizing can be tricky. If you need to exchange for a different size, contact us at hello@pushpasswhip.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your exchange. We strongly recommend consulting our size guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.

All Other Returns

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse or change of mind. All sales are final outside of the circumstances outlined above. If you have an unusual situation, feel free to reach out to us at hello@pushpasswhip.com and we'll do our best to work something out.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

All returns and exchanges must be initiated by contacting us at hello@pushpasswhip.com first. Please do not send items back without contacting us — unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on where to ship your item.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
